The Ingleside property features six (6) Class A apartment communities either in planning, under construction or completed. These projects total approximately 1,800 residential units. Industrial
Ingleside has ~500 acres of land that falls within the Palmetto Commerce Park Corridor. Office developers and end users alike have been drawn to Ingleside because of the property's close proximity to goods and services, emerging workforce, and centralized location. There are currently two (2) completed office buildings. They total nearly 110,000 square feet of new office space and will bring no less than 600 new jobs to the community.
Medical
Ingleside is a part of a vibrant medical corridor and has attracted a number of health care providers and medical institutes. By example, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) has targeted the Ingleside property for the future expansion of Trident Hospital. The Ingleside property is also home to the new Charleston Oral & Facial Surgery center.
Hospitality
Governed by a favorable Planned Development Document, the Ingleside property is entitled for over 1,500 hotel rooms. Currently the property has three new hotel developments in planning or under construction. Upon completion, these existing projects will total over 300 rooms to help service the hospitality needs of the fast growing Charleston area. There are ample opportunities for additional hotel developments within the Ingleside property.

At the heart of the Ingleside property is a focus on well planned mixed use and retail development.
