Ingleside Residential Communities

The Ingleside property has been master planned and zoned to accommodate over 4,000 residential units. In order to create a cohesive live-work development, the property's ownership has focused on fostering a residential community component that is built on the principles of walk-ability, mix of uses, and ease of access. The Ingleside Master Planned property is currently home to six (6) Multi-Family apartment communities that are either in planning, under construction or completed, totaling approximately 1,800 units, with more to come.

Ingleside Apartments - 306 Residential Units (Completed in 2010)

Ingleside Apartments was the first Multi-Family community to be developed on the Ingleside property. The 20 acre development features 12 acres of useable space that Housing 2000 developed into a 306-unit apartment community. Ingleside Apartments provides a beach-style entry pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a picnic/barbecue area, clubhouse, gated entrance, and an 0nsite dog park. The property is located directly adjacent to Cypress River Apartments.

Cypress River Apartments – 288 Residential Units (Completed in 2013)

Developed by Charleston Ingleside III, Cypress River Apartments offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. This 288 unit-project includes: two fully-equipped 24-hour gyms, a community clubhouse, fire pit, swimming pool, business center, and a TV lounge. Cypress River also provides its residents easy access to work, school, shopping and travel.

The Lively Indigo Run Apartment Community – 305 Residential Units (Completed in 2018) 

Orange Capital Development finished construction of the project in 2017, by building a 305 unit apartment community in the north-western part of Ingleside with frontage on Interstate I-26. Comparable to Mosby Ingleside in quality, the Lively Indigo Run provides different apartment-options (1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans). The property contains a state of the art fitness center, car care station, professional dog washing stations, bark park, clubroom and a saltwater pool. The apartment community and the 12 acre property sold in December 2019 for $51.5 million to PEM management group.

Mosby Ingleside Apartment Community – 312 Residential Units (Completed in 2018)

This 312 unit apartment community in the northern part of the Ingleside property is a beautiful Multi-Family project located directly next to the Bank of South Carolina building. This project is in close proximity to Interstate I-26 and provides its residents with access to the well-lighted roads and well-constructed sidewalks. The 312 units are spread over 12 buildings which include 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The 19 acre property also includes a resort-style pool, a state of the art fitness center with cross training equipment and a two story clubhouse with an event space, a reading room, business center, conference room, outdoor areas and a coffee bar.

Botanic at ingleside Apartment Community - 288 Residential Units (Completion 2020)

This 15 acre property was purchased in 2018 and is in the process of being developed by Davis Development. Located towards the south-east of the Ingleside property, this future Multi-Family apartment community is located towards the south-east of the Ingleside property and is connected to Ingleside Blvd via Cypress Lake Road. The project will feature five (5) 4-story, elevator served apartment-buildings and a clubhouse. The 288 units are amenitized by views of the onsite ponds and wooded landscape surrounding the property.
